How to upload your video assets

While you can upload videos immediately, setting up your Tag Hierarchy beforehand is recommended.

Having an established tag structure helps our AI ad assembler automatically map and categorize your clips upon upload, making it much easier to find the perfect footage for future projects.

Start Your Upload

  1. Navigate to the Files tab in your workspace.
  2. Choose your preferred upload method:
    • Click the Upload button in the top-right corner.
    • Drag and drop your files or folders directly into the browser.
💡 Upload Limits & Folder Structure:
  • File Size Limit: Up to 2 GB per file.
  • Mirror Folder Structure: If you upload a folder containing subfolders (from your computer or Google Drive), toggle Mirror Folder Structure ON. This automatically converts your folder names into matching tags and sub-tags, preserving your exact organization inside the app.

Configure Tags & AI Automation

Before clicking final upload, choose how your media should be categorized:

  1. Select Existing Tags: Apply relevant tags to your upload batch.
  2. Create New Tags (Optional): Click + New Tag to generate a campaign tag directly inside the upload window.
  3. Enable AI Auto-Tagging: Keep Auto-tag with AI toggled ON so our system can analyze your clips and assign relevant tags automatically.
  4. Click Upload to begin processing.
🤖 How AI Smart Extraction Works

Once your upload begins, our AI scans your footage and handles the heavy lifting in the background:

  • A-Roll vs. B-Roll Sorting: Automatically separates talking-head footage (A-roll) from supporting visuals (B-roll).
  • Action Detection & Pre-Cutting: Analyzes B-roll clips for key visual actions and sets smart in and out points.
  • Ready for Assembly: Hands off clean, pre-cut scenes directly to the AI ad assembler for faster video creation.

Track Upload Progress

A smart upload widget will appear in the bottom-right corner to show your real-time progress.

  • Customize View: Click to minimize the widget or drag it anywhere on your screen.
  • Keep Working: Feel free to navigate to other pages in your workspace while files process in the background.
🛑 Important: Keep your browser tab open until the progress bar reaches 100%.
