Set your brand color palette
Setting your brand colors once means they're ready wherever you pick a color later. When you're styling captions in the video editor, your palette is right there, so you don't have to remember a hex code or try to match the exact shade by hand.
If you scanned your website during onboarding to set up your Brand Hub, some of your colors may already be waiting for you here. Otherwise you can add them yourself in a few seconds.
Open your colors
Click Brand in the left sidebar to open the Brand Hub. From the overview, open Colors, either under Brand Assets in the left menu or via the Colors card.
Add a color
- Click Add color.
- Enter a hex code, or use the color picker. Drag the hue slider to pick the base color, then drag in the color field to adjust the shade.
- Give the color a name. One is filled in for you automatically, but you can replace it with something that makes more sense to your team.
- Click Create. If you change your mind, click X to close without adding anything.
Add as many colors as your palette needs.
Edit or remove a color
Click a color to open it again. From there you can enter a different hex code, pick a new color with the color picker, or click its name to rename it.
To remove a color, hover over it and click the small X in its top right corner.
There's no confirmation and no undo. The color disappears the moment you click, so take a second to check you've got the right one.
