Meta’s ads guide asks to keep at least 14% at the top, 35% at the bottom and 6% on each side free of text, logos and other key elements. The same zones apply to Facebook Reels ads.
The top holds the account name and the Reels header; the bottom holds the caption, the call to action button, audio and the profile; the right side holds like, comment and share.
